Include the email tied to your KneeDrive account, your device model and iOS version, and any relevant screenshots or screen recordings so issues can be reproduced faster.

Troubleshooting Checklist

  • Confirm camera and photo-library permissions are enabled for KneeDrive in iOS Settings.
  • Make sure the treadmill capture has stable framing and enough light for pose tracking to follow the runner cleanly.
  • Restart KneeDrive after installing updates so the newest processing and model changes are loaded.
  • If a run processes poorly, try a shorter clip, clearer side view, or import the video again from Photos.

Manage Subscriptions

KneeDrive premium access is billed through the App Store using your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple account settings on the device.
