These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Pose Arcade regarding your use of KneeDrive, this website, and any related services. By using KneeDrive, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

Permitted Use

You may use KneeDrive for personal running analysis, coaching, or related review workflows. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except as allowed by law.

Subscriptions and Billing

Premium features may require an active subscription processed through Apple's App Store. Subscription billing, cancellations, and refund handling are governed by Apple's systems and policies.

Health and Safety

KneeDrive is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Use good judgment and consult a qualified professional before acting on training or rehab advice.

User Content and Data

You retain ownership of the videos and data you create in KneeDrive. You grant us a limited right to process that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

Acceptable Use

• Do not interfere with subscriptions, security controls, or the normal operation of the service.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
• Do not use the app in a way that creates unsafe conditions for you or others.

Intellectual Property

KneeDrive, Pose Arcade, and related branding, software, and content remain the property of Pose Arcade unless otherwise stated.

Third-Party Services

KneeDrive may rely on third-party services such as Apple, Firebase, and RevenueCat. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers and Liability

KneeDrive is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pose Arcade is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
